AutoTransform is a GCT SCOTS AGIW that hosts a number of certified product codecs (GeoRaster, GeoTIFF, JPEG2000, DTED, NITF, CIB, etc.) to read and write specified geospatial intelligence formats. Essentially, AutoTransform acts as an automated translator of file formats, dynamically transforming data from one form to another within a web services context. 

As a compliant EGI-SOA component, AutoTransform is most frequently configured as a component within a codified workflow to provide required data context changes as required. AutoTransform can consume and publish in a number of certified forms, and uses WMS, WCS, and WFS services, as well as native I/O methods to read and/or write data into and from designated forms.
